cancellation/no show policy
No changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment start time. Up to this point you are able to cancel/reschedule the appointment directly via link in confirmation email or by contacting us on 01202 073992. Changes/Cancellations & No Shows are charged at 50% of the total booking cost. Your saved card will be charged or fee is payable on next booking.
